What to send

For a fixed-price quote on most jobs, I need:

  • Your postcode. Tells me the property type, likely age of stock, whether the address is inside a Canterbury conservation area or listed.
  • A photo of your consumer unit (fusebox). The board type tells me the age of the installation and what compliance work is likely.
  • A photo of the room or fitting the job is in - kitchen, bathroom, garden, driveway (for an EV charger), meter position (for a supply upgrade).
  • A short description of what you want done. Two lines is plenty.

For an EICR or a listed-property scope conversation I'll need a call - the on-site walk-through is the only way to price it accurately. Same for full-house rewires and larger solar installs.
