When you email, call or WhatsApp us to request a quote we collect the information you provide: name, contact details, address, description of the work, and any photos you send. We do not collect anything else.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymised traffic. Google Analytics uses cookies and stores IP-address-derived location data in aggregate. No personally-identifying data is passed to Google Analytics.
Your quote-request information is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead with the work, to invoice the completed job and issue any BS 7671 certification. We do not share it with third parties, do not use it for marketing, and do not sell it.
Enquiry emails are retained for 12 months from last contact. Completed-job records (invoices, certificates, EICRs) are retained for 7 years to satisfy HMRC record-keeping requirements and to support future EICR intervals.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Email hello@canterburyelectrical.co.uk with the request and we will action it within 30 days.
